This document is a public offer (the Offer) under Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. It is addressed to individuals with legal capacity (the User) and sets out the terms for using Cosmogramma at kosmogramma.online (the Service). Registering for the Service or paying for services constitutes acceptance of the Offer.
The Provider gives the User access to interactive information and entertainment materials: numerology readings, astrological symbolism, dream interpretation, Tarot readings and symbolic compatibility assessments (Readings). Reading texts are generated automatically using artificial intelligence and the information supplied by the User.
3.1. To obtain account-based Readings, the User creates a profile with a name, email address and password.
3.2. Each Reading uses one credit. Free credits are provided on registration, with additional credits available through email verification and the referral programme.
3.3. A Reading is provided when it is generated and displayed in the Service interface.
4.1. The User may purchase packages of 5, 15 or 40 reading credits. Current prices and the invoice currency are shown in the account and before payment. A personal PDF book is purchased separately and does not add reading credits. The Provider may change prices; a change does not affect packages already paid for.
4.2. Payments are processed by Robokassa using a bank card or other available methods. The Provider does not receive or store bank-card details.
4.3. Purchased credits are added to the User's balance after payment confirmation and do not expire.
5.1. To request a refund for unused purchased credits, the User sends a request from their registered email address to info.aiagent@mail.ru. The refund is calculated in proportion to the unused credits in the package.
5.2. Under this policy, credits used for completed Readings are not refundable because the service has been provided.
5.3. Refunds are made through the original payment method within 10 working days of receiving the request.
6.1. The User must provide accurate information, keep account access private and avoid activity that disrupts the Service or infringes others' rights, including automated registrations or manipulation of bonuses.
6.2. The Provider may restrict access for a breach of these terms and may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance.
6.3. The Provider is not responsible for decisions the User makes on the basis of Readings or interruptions caused by third parties.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 on Personal Data. By creating an account, the User consents to processing their personal data.
8.1. The Provider may update the Offer by publishing a new version on this page. The new version takes effect when published.
8.2. The relationship between the parties is governed by the law of the Russian Federation.
