Privacy policy

This Policy describes the processing of personal data of Cosmogramma users (kosmogramma.online) under Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 on Personal Data. The data controller is Individual Entrepreneur Yury Ilyich Ulyanov, taxpayer ID 301508216472 (the Controller).

1. Data we process

• name, email address and a protected password representation;
• date of birth, if supplied for a Reading;
• text submitted to the Service, such as a dream description or Tarot question;
• technical information, including IP address, browser and device characteristics, and Service usage;
• payment information, including invoice number, package, amount and status. The Controller does not receive bank-card details; these are processed by Robokassa.

2. Purposes of processing

• creating and maintaining accounts and providing Readings;
• performing the service agreement, processing payments and adding credits;
• sending service emails, including verification and password recovery;
• protecting the Service against fraud and misuse;
• improving the Service.

3. Grounds for processing

Processing is based on the User's consent when creating an account and on the need to perform the service agreement with the User.

4. Sharing with service providers

Data is shared as needed to operate the Service: with Robokassa for payment processing, the hosting provider for running the Service, and an AI provider for generating Readings from submitted information such as a name, birth date, question or dream description. Data is not sold or shared for advertising purposes.

5. Cookies and local storage

The Service uses browser local storage for login tokens and interface features. Disabling local storage prevents account sign-in.

6. Storage and protection

The application data is stored on servers in the Russian Federation and protected through technical and organisational measures, including protected passwords, HTTPS, restricted access and safeguards against automated attacks. Data is retained until account deletion or withdrawal of consent, as described in this Policy.

7. User rights

The User may request information about processing, correction, restriction or deletion of personal data, and withdraw consent. Send a request from the registered email address to info.aiagent@mail.ru. Requests are reviewed within 10 working days. Withdrawal of consent results in account deletion and the end of access to account services.

8. Consent to personal-data processing

By selecting “Create account”, the User confirms that they have read this Policy and freely consents to the processing described above for the stated purposes.

9. Policy updates

The Controller may publish a dated update on this page. Under this Policy, continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
